Go Beyond the Unconscious of Society

Do you feel caged by societal conditionings? Are you a victim of society’s rules of morality?

Many people live in society with a deep hatred or anger towards the way how things are presented in life. They forget that they can create their own reality since they are the source of everything around them, instead they go on lamenting their fate and blame everything except themselves. They carry such bitterness towards life which creates suffering every moment and goes on attracting people with the same negative energy towards them.

One important thing that I’ve learned in the process of reclaiming my freedom as a conscious being is the ability to go beyond the clutches of society. To get back to your presence and inner peace, you need to understand the delusions and hypocrisy of society and rise above these layers of illusion which are clouding your ability to see things clearly. I have the fortune of receiving the guidance of a living master who not only gives me clarity but also the courage to transcend the societal conditionings.

The Joy of Living in a Sangha

There are 2 types of families – one is the blood-related family and the other is the ideological family. The former is the family we are born into whereas the latter is the family which connects us to certain ideals.

He also said that the future of sangha should be filled with tremendous friendliness. A person who supports the life’s mission is a “Mitra”, a friend.

See Death as a Blessing

Two days ago, I received a shocking news that one of the devotees of my master had passed on from a sudden heart attack, a lady I remembered fondly for the last 5 years in my spiritual life. She and her husband attended a few Inner Awakening programs with me and she was such a sincere devotee with a bubbly personality and a thunderous laughter. I remembered she attended one of my Laughter Meditation workshops and her laughter created a wave of energetic resonance in the room!

At the wake last night, her husband shared with me that he was not able to accept this sudden death because she had been a life companion, a business partner, a caring mother of  his teenage son and his very source of emotional support. In fact, they were almost inseparable, such was their relationship. Naturally, he was taken aback by the loss, from the emotional pain of loss came the anger towards life for doing this to him. The process of grief will take some time before he is able to settle into the stark reality.
