Importance of Completion with Parents

I’ve been helping people to do completion of their root patterns and I can say that 95% of the root patterns are related to the root incidents involving their parents.

You may ask – what is root pattern?

According to Swamiji, a living Avatar, His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda, he defines root pattern as the first attack of any strong emotion happening in you and imbalancing your whole cognition, giving birth to your mind, the pattern you developed from that moment, is called ‘root-pattern’. It can be anything as simple as your mother did not give you the cake, instead she gave it to your brother or as traumatic as a physical abuse! It does not matter the actual incident, what really matters is the moment powerlessness takes over you for the first time in your life, and your cognition is imbalanced, the mind is born, the pattern which you develop at that time is “root-pattern”. That is the root on which the mind is born. The moment the root-pattern is born, our life is destroyed and our growth is stopped! Only when we complete with our root-pattern, we begin to come back to life again, life starts happening in us. Till we understand our root-pattern and complete with it, we cannot be peaceful anywhere in the world even in the most luxurious serene beach resort. A disturbed inner space caused by the root pattern will constantly carry the wounds and smell of this incompletion.

Let’s complete with violence

This week I happened to come across a few disturbing violent video clips on Facebook. Two videos were about men’s atrocious cruelty done to a street dog. The third video was about a man in rage lifting a young frightened child and slamming him onto his bed like a trash a few times and slapping his face. I was not able to watch the entire videos as it was too heart-wrenching an experience. One cognition hit my inner space – there is simply too much violence on this planet earth! My eyes became teary upon seeing the kind of atrocities done by human beings.

Looking back in my own life, I was not spared from aggression and violence in my family. Those hangovers from my childhood made me develop patterns of fear, self-doubt, anger and aggression whenever my survival was threatened. For many years, I suffered from the incompletions and these patterns which almost ruined my life. It was only after I met my Guru, a living incarnation, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (fondly known as Swamiji) that He taught me how to complete with the painful past and drop the root patterns of anger and aggression.

Here are some of the Cosmic gems revealed by Swamiji which have helped me to transform the pattern of violence.

Manifesting in Oneness

How is it like to manifest a new reality in Oneness with your teamily?

See, for the last 7 years, I have been managing my business by my own which gave me the tremendous confidence and freedom to do what I am most passionate about and inspire myself. It was such a refreshing relief from my corporate days filled with internal politics and different agendas of individuals. I enjoyed the expansion especially in the area of awakening the spiritual quality of responsibility and authenticity by stretching myself to my peak capacity. But I discovered that I can only grow the company to the knowledge and skillsets I have at this moment, yet the vast possibilities remain untapped.

In April 2017, I had the fortune of starting the second company, Space of Purity and Awareness (SPA) in Hong Kong with a group of 3 spiritual friends after I began the coaching module called ‘Be Your Own Boss’ designed for spiritual entrepreneurs. These friends are literally my teamily, meaning team and family – a new word coined by my Guru, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (also known as Swamiji). Teamily are fundamentally the ideological family with whom you share certain common ideologies of spirituality.
