You Can Heal Your Past Traumas

Are you mentally disturbed by your past traumas? Do you feel negative and powerless in your life? Are you constantly cherishing your dead past? Do you know that shallow breathing is related to you holding on to your past?

If you identify yourself with any of the above questions, you are holding on to your past which is stopping you from living a full life. Holding on to these photographic memories is like having many high-resolution images in your inner space which crowd your perception. This starts the problem because you have allowed negativity to take roots in your inner space. Negativity cannot grow in your inner space if your past memories are not supplied as evidence. Brooding over the dead past only leads you to low mood, low self esteem, anxiety and sometimes depression. This preparation for failure in life is a negative commitment you are giving to yourself which you need to get out. When your past occupies your inner space, it is lack of integrity!

How can taking responsibility be a cure for all diseases?

For a logical mind, this is too much of a claim!

As a spiritual healer, I was feeling too ecstatic for the whole humanity the moment this revelation was gifted last month by Paramahamsa Nithyananda, a living incarnation. This is a huge vote of confidence given to me and also the spiritual healing community where we believe expansion in life is the permanent solution.

The first thing that man asks for is always physical and mental health. With any religion or master, the first utility that man looks for is “good health”. Only when good health is given, does he look further into fulfilling his deeper longings. Since time immemorial, all religions and all masters have demonstrated healing powers. Even in tribal villages, the religion followed will have healing as its core. In fact, no master is accepted as a master if he cannot restore health in people in some form or the other. Healing has beome a measure of a master’s identity.

What exactly is healing?

According to Apollonis of Tyana, a Greek philosopher, he said “Pythagoras said that the most divine art was that of healing. And if the healing art is most divine, it must occupy itself with the soul as well as the body, for no creature can be sound so long as the higher part in it is sickly.”
