Surrender is the romance between you and Life, which results in dropping your pseudo identity.

The Sanskrit “Ishwara Pranidhanat” is translated in English as “surrender to God”, but it does not mean human being is lower and should bow down to the authority of the universe.  “Ishwara” – Brahman, Light of lights, means True Self at the same time.  You do not bow down to any authority, but to your True Self – the very YOU.

When you think Ishwara (Existence), do you feel it is too far to be able to touch it? Too vast to behold? Too difficult to understand or grasp?

Understanding desire from Vedic tradition

Do you know that the desire to exist is not something separate from existing?

In the Vedic tradition, there is one truth called Sat Chit Ananda – existing is Sat, knowing that you exist is Chit, celebrating your existing is Ananda. Existing, Sat is eternal because it is eternal, the desire to expand is also eternal. The desire to expand is not a crime, only if the desire to expand comes from abusing, grabbing or destroying others, it is a crime. Hence expansion is not a crime, desire to exist is not a crime. The Yoga Sutra 172 Chapter 4 verse 10 solves one of the important problems of physics, the continuous expansion of the Universe. Existence means expansion. Anything that exists expands, anything expands exists – this is the Cosmic Law. Therefore, if you have the desire to exist and the desire to expand, it is not a crime as taught to you by some other religions.

What is pure love?

Pure love means the ability to love without a reason, the love that is not dependent on anything outside, it is dependent only on you.

Before you can experience pure love, you need to have the courage to become loving and let go of the guards of being hurt or violated, you will feel such a freedom, such liberation inside you. This is the first step to open the lock at the heart center. When you start loving beyond names and forms, you are not losing anything, you are merely losing what you are NOT – the illusion which you need to drop. What you gain is reality!
