The Alchemy of Becoming Divine Beings

I just got back a couple of days ago from a mystical 21-day spiritual retreat called Shivoham Inner Awakening in Cambodia by a living incarnation, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (fondly known as Swamiji). This body is still trying to settle in from the alchemy process and the high energy space we were taken into. Frankly, many of us couldn’t even articulate exactly what happened to us but we just knew that Swamiji worked on our physiological evolution instead of psychological evolution.

In this article, I attempt to piece together the elements of the science which I am able to capture with my intellectual understanding and experience. I’ve deliberately avoided the subjective mystical experiences in this article as they are very personal to individuals. This Shivoham transformational process happened for 450 participants who attended this programme from over 40 countries. Literally we were a sample which represented the world.

The Power of Space

I have been experimenting and playing with the power of space in the last 3 months after my last Inner Awakening (www.innerawakening.org) with my guru, Paramahamsa Nithyananda in December 2013. So in January, I had created an intention to start working with youth or teens since I am already working with children.

Interestingly, by end January, I was given by a contact to see a lady in charge of a social outreach for teens who are suffering from mental disorders. In that 2-hrs meeting with her, she shared with me that one of the greatest complaints among the teens was the fear of failure. Immediately, I proposed that I would conduct a workshop and help the teens to complete with their fear of failure during the 1-week term break.

Three Truths About Collective Consciousness

The topic of Collective Consciousness is one such topic that either it frightens you or it transforms you.

Your response depends on the state of the spiritual maturity you have at the time of receiving this truth. One thing is certain – truth frightens us. Man as such cannot handle too much of truth because he feels that the ground on which he is standing is moving away or his identity which he has built up in his entire life started to crumble away. That would be too much! Seriously, if truth were to be given out as it is honestly, many will run away and only a few brave ones will be willing to accept it. The simple truth is that truth straight away transforms us.
