Know Your Life Purpose

Do you know your life purpose?

During my coaching for the aspiring spiritual entrepreneurs, the first thing I work on them is to find out their life purpose! This is a very important process in the spiritual awakening which I had the fortune of being guided by my Guru, an enlightened Avatar, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (fondly known as Swamiji).

See, life purpose, also known as purpose of birth, is the reason you are born which can’t be changed. Those desires (samskaras) which you brought with you to fulfill in this life are called prarabdha karma. It carries its own energy for fulfillment which forms a part of your bio-memory.

Untie the knots and be free

Do you tie knots in your life which suffocate you?

I am reminded of a beautiful story about Buddha and his disciples by a living avatar, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (fondly known as Swamiji):-

One day Budhha arrived for his usual morning discourse with his disciples. He had a knotted handkerchief in his hand. He showed it to the disciples and asked if any one of them could come up and untie the knot. One disciple went up and tried to untie it. He pulled and pulled, the knot tightened further. Another disciple went up, he looked at the knot for a few seconds and easily untied it. All he did was look at the knot and immediately he knew how the knot was created in the first place. So, he just reversed the whole thing and untied it. The knot itself taught him how to untie it.

Same way, our negative patterns and incompletions are nothing but the knots in the handkerchief. If we look at a pattern with awareness, we will see exactly how it was created, so you will understand the right way to ‘untie’ it. The knot or pattern itself will show you the way out of it!

Psychosomatic disorders can be healed by integrity

Do you know that many of the common diseases like high blood pressure (hypertension), diabetes, heart and liver diseases can be cured?

From the statistics Global Health Observatory (GHO), globally the overall prevalence of raised blood pressure in adults aged 25 and over was around 40% in 2008. The proportion of the world’s population with high blood pressure, or uncontrolled hypertension, fell modestly between 1980 and 2008. However, because of population growth and ageing, the number of people with uncontrolled hypertension rose from 600 million in 1980 to nearly 1 billion in 2008. The recent World health statistics 2012 report also showed the growing problem of the non-communicable diseases burden. One in three adults worldwide, according to the report, has raised blood pressure – a condition that causes around half of all deaths from stroke and heart disease. One in 10 adults has diabetes.
